Born in New York and raised in Tenerife, Spain, Chef Rodriguez started his culinary career at the young age of 15, working in hotel kitchens throughout the Canary Islands. “I have been so inspired throughout my career by both my upbringing and my travels, and I look forward to contributing my insights to the team and the menu." In his spare time, Chef Rodriguez enjoys spending time with his wife and 3-year-old son, playing with his two Yorkis, and boxing.
