Ascend to Chicago’s highest speakeasy for an exclusive night with acclaimed TV Chef Bruno Feldeisen and Four Seasons Veteran Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos Taleno. Witness a live culinary showcase as the chefs engage in a playful competition, each revealing signature techniques and distinctive styles. Savor an elegant progression of sweet and savory bites, thoughtfully paired with bourbon- and rum-inspired cocktails—favorites of both chefs. Up South Dinner Series
Join us for an intimate dinner with Chef Maya-Camille from Justice of the Pies, Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos & Executive Chef Franco Diaz, both from Four Seasons Chicago, along with Chef Camari Mick from Raf's & The Musket Room New York. The dinner will be a fine dining experience to highlight the work of all four chefs while also raising awareness and support for the Up South Program and the Broussard Justice Foundation.
