Victoria Hutchinson brings nearly a decade of experience with Gibsons Restaurant Group to her role as General Manager at Adorn Bar & Restaurant. A DePaul University graduate with a marketing degree and hospitality leadership minor; she discovered her passion for hospitality while working part-time during college and quickly rose through the ranks to leadership roles.  

At Adorn, Victoria leads with a hands-on approach, fostering teamwork, consistency, and a welcoming environment where every guest feels at home. A CMS Level 1 Sommelier, she is dedicated to creating meaningful connections through genuine hospitality.
