Brenda discovered her passion for cooking while teaching English in Taiwan. Upon returning to Chicago, she attended culinary school at Cordon Bleu Chicago. Her culinary journey led her back abroad to Spain, where she immersed herself in the country's diverse culinary traditions. Brenda approaches cooking with the intention to nurture, focusing on feel-good, seasonal, and healthy dishes.
