Yudith Bustos Taleno brings creativity, precision, and passion to her role as Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. A native of Costa Rica, her love for pastry began in a family bakery and led her to build the pastry program at Four Seasons Costa Rica by the age of 22.
Her career has since spanned Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris and London and leadership roles at Four Seasons in Dallas, Costa Rica, and Scottsdale. At Adorn, Yudith is focused on creating signature desserts inspired by real-life moments and empowering her team to grow with confidence. She believes every restaurant should have its own standout dessert, something that is personal, precise, and unforgettable. Her approach is driven by humility, fearlessness, and a belief that there is always room to learn.
