Driven by a love for the history, culture, and storytelling behind every bottle, Certified Sommelier Anna Wojcik brings both expertise and warmth to Adorn. A graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, she refined her palate during a semester in Florence dedicated to Italian food and wine. Anna began her career at Chicago’s three-Michelin-starred Alinea, where she rose from food runner to floor sommelier within six months.
At Adorn, she curates a dynamic and approachable wine program that blends Napa Cabernets and Champagne with Old World favorites from Burgundy and Bordeaux—crafting memorable experiences for every guest.
